How to connect my gateway directly to my computer?

Gateway

All SensoNODE Gold Gateways are set up with a Static IP address on the second Ethernet port. IP: 192.168.10.1

Configure a Static IP on the Computer

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Network & Internet
  3.  Click Ethernet
  4. Change Adapter Options
  5. Right Click Ethernet 
  6. Click Properties
  7. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
  8. Click Properties
  9. Select Use the following IP address
    1. IP address: Choose unique IP address (Different from IP address on the Gateway). Ex. 192.168.10.2
    2. Subnet Mask: Auto-filled. Ex 255.255.255.0
    3. Default Gateway: Choose same gateway address used on Gateway. Ex 192.168.10.1

10.Click OK to save info 

11.Click OK to close out of Ethernet Properties
