END-CUSTOMER

 

Observer

  • Read-only for home organization

  • Subscribe to alerts for home organization

Technician

  • All Observer permissions

  • Create access for event management

    • Create rules and events

    • Respond and close events

    • Cannot edit rules created by other users

Supervisor

  • All Technician permissions

  • Create, view, edit, and delete sub-locations, assets, and dashboard

Admin

  • All Supervisor permissions

  • Create, view, edit, and delete everything for home organization

  • Admin Panel Access

    • View, edit, and delete hardware

    • Create, view, edit, and delete users

 

 

DISTRIBUTOR

 

Distributor

  • Admin under their organization

  • Create customer organizations but not locations or assets

  • Change gateway and sensor ownership

  • Cannot view customers data

 

 

PARKER INTERNAL

 

Creator

  • Access to all organizations with all permissions

    • Change ownership of gateways and sensors

    • Change contract information

    • Change parent organizations

    • Grant distributor access

Assembler

  • Access to Shipping panel

Parker Admin

Parker Sales

  • Coming February 2024
